- Resurfaced Trolleyway, Surf St and Trolley Place
- Added Crosswalk marking
- Repair of potholes on Culver Blvd and Jungle streets
- Added License Plate Reader Camera in the Jungle
- Added Stop Sign at Trolleyway and Culver
- Created a greater police presence in PDR
- Help Homeless persons in need
- Assist with homeless transport to medical facility.
- Cleared RV encampments on Jefferson, alongside Ballona Wetlands
- Discourage illegal beach encampments
- Host the annual Jungle Clean Up since 2016
- Maintain beach volleyball courts and boundary lines
- Added 20 parking spaces for residents & businesses (alongside Vista Del Mar)
- Had storm drains cleared of sand and debris to prevent flooding
- Partnered with County for securing the Interceptor to remove ocean trash

- Formed a team to extinguish fires when our Fire Department was deployed else where.
- Spearheading efforts to clear brush and prevent fires in Ballona Wetlands.
